设计理念:
“武汉创意天地”位于湖北省武汉市南湖大道与中环线之间,占地面积近300 亩,规划建筑面积31 万平方米,是武汉市打造的国际性文化创意产业聚集园区,也是武汉创意产业发展的核心园区及洪山区“中国创意大道”的重要组成部分。本项目在全国优秀工程勘察设计行业奖品中获得优秀建筑工程设计二等奖以及湖北省优秀工程勘察设计一等奖。
园区以合美术馆铸造精神雅典娜,以艺术家工作室和实验剧场作为纯艺术的发酵引擎,带动创意商街、艺术精品酒店、餐饮主力店、艺术品拍卖场、创意工坊和高层创意办公等建筑集群浑然天成一座艺术城堡、创意天地。园区中全部的创意空间均采取开放式围合的空间语境,以美术馆为核心以生态景观为中轴放射性展开园区各功能组团的布局。美术馆按照国际现代化专业场馆的标准而设计,总面积约9000平方米,地上三层(含夹层),地下一层。美术馆设置有
八个独立展览空间以及文艺书店、咖啡厅、学术报告厅等配套设施分布于地下。其建筑外观以开启的艺术宝盒为设计理念。艺术家工作室总面积约17000平方米,单户面积约150-430平方米(含夹层),最大层高7.2米。整体设计为各类艺术创作提供了自由的空间,也为艺术家们提供了汲取灵感,轻松交流,及舒适生活的精神乐土。
半围合式的创意工坊群落总面积约70000平方米,最大层高亦为7.2米,既适合艺术家,也符合设计、会展、演艺等文创类企业的需求。下沉与无下沉广场结合的设计将个性的外表,功能性的结构和细腻的行业特色融合为充满创意的办公空间。实验剧场总面积约为3000平方米,空高12米,拥有4个可供500余人使用的放映厅,一个容纳330余人的剧场,及一个露天戏台。紫缘精品酒店总面积约1 3 0 0 0平方米,共8层,层高为3 . 6 -4.8米,拥有高级客房54套。
Wuhan Creative Capital is situated between Nanhu Avenue and the Central Ring Road of the city. It is a municipally designated multifunctional estate specifically designed for the international and domestic culture and innovation industry; as well as being an essential component of the ‘China Creative Avenue’ of Hongshan District. The United Art Museum acts as a guiding spiritual symbol, generating within the Artists’ Studios and the Experimental Theatre the germination of pure art, which subsequently promotes the commercial streets, the boutique hotel, the restaurants, the auction house, the ateliers and the offices to flourish and thrive.
The assorted buildings are structures of creative spaces, and are arranged into open enclosures, clustered together according to their various functions. They are aligned in procession to the axis that is the boulevard, and splayed outward from the nucleus of the site that is the Museum. The Museum is a modern, state-of-the-art venue of international standard. It has a gross floor area of approximately 9000m², three floors above ground (including the mezzanine) and one basement. Within the Museum there are 8 independent exhibition rooms, a book store, and a café; lecture theaters and other ancillary facilities are in the basement. The overall external appearance of the Museum is designed to look like an open jewel box.
